Refund and Returns Policy
Our return and exchange guidelines for orders placed directly via koshnutra.com and WhatsApp.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with the tamper-evident safety seal completely intact. Because our items are dietary nutrition supplements, opened or unsealed tubs cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrived damaged during transit or with a broken seal, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@koshnutra.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9130750170 with photos of the damaged box and product batch code. We will promptly dispatch a replacement free of charge.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse in Pune, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
